Project Highlight: 10 Brandon Street, Wellington NZ
The stylish 16 story office tower (formerly Deloitte House) on 10 Brandon Street in Central Wellington was yet another victim of the 2016 Kaikoura Earthquake.
Prime Properties purchased the property in 2018 and have transformed it into one of Wellington's premier office addresses.
The building has 12,000sqm of newly refurbished office accommodation and 900sqm of premium Ground Floor retail accommodation.
Rockbond worked with the team at Keyway Construction and Wallace Building to provide high-strength structural strengthening solutions to assist them with their task of bringing the tower up to 130% NBS.
Our 290/190 Epoxy Grout System and 1.04 GP Grout-Plus, were two of the key structural grouts used in this earthquake strengthening project.
