The Strongest and The Weakest

Let's take a moment to deep dive into polarization—an idea we’ve touched upon before , but now it’s time to delve deeper and understand its serious implications.
Start
Before we dive into the topic, if you want to polarize yourself positively from the get-go, devote the first couple of hours of the day to yourself and whatever brings you happiness.
In my case, I truly love walking outdoors with my wife. Experiencing nature and exploring new places together is a constant joy. We've always been explorers at heart, eager for adventures and new experiences. We dedicate the first hours of our day to ourselves, enjoying a walk in the nearest park with Magnus. This small but meaningful ritual sets a positive tone for our entire day. Yes, it means starting earlier, but it’s totally worth it.
Early
Our initial energies in the morning are our best—why waste them on stress and traffic? Break that cycle and put yourself first. Make it a habit and claim the best part of your day for yourself.
Another source of joy and inspiration for me is writing, meeting new people, and making music. I can’t help but love it, especially since I neglected it for so many years. Music is still a goal, but writing—I’m doing that right now, despite everything.
Now
Ok, let's begin.
If you think I’m a “natural,” think again.
It has taken over 13 years, closely monitored and guided by my loving and angelic wife, Claudia, for me to reach a certain level of self-control.
Heaven sent her, as she has been pivotal in extending my lifespan. The funny thing is, it’s scientifically proven that married men live longer—well, that’s a known fact, and I'm living proof of it.
Neglecting our very lives for the grind and overworking ourselves to total exhaustion to end up in hospitals more than once is just a huge trauma, speaking out loud.
Any chaotic state of being cries out loudly what lies in the unseen. Awful life events emanate naturally from chaos.
However, positive states conformed by joy and gratitude have the power to change any circumstance, both in our inner realms and in the outer, experiential realm we call life experience.
Understand
Progress comes to our lives only through two potential polarities:
Both are valid; both work in the end, but each offers a very different type of journey.

If we are strong, we will choose Joy, Love, and Inspiration. If we are weak, we will succumb to pain, sorrow, and despair.
We constantly bounce between these polarities, but that’s a sign of weakness on its own, as stability is the first sign of strength.
True strength materializes through the power of will and the power to choose; both should be cultivated.
Chaos
As we grow up, we create "The Law of the Land" through memorization, setting the baseline of our life experience. This process establishes factions within us that fight each other, just like political parties with NOS. They battle endlessly, each trying to prove the other wrong and doing whatever it takes to destroy the other.
The power of these factions is evident. If your life finds creative and unique ways to sabotage your efforts to reach the light, that's proof of how powerful certain factions within you are in creating events that make you polarize towards pain, anger, sorrow, and despair. This leads to the repetition and reconfirmation of destructive patterns, making these internal parties stronger by the day and harder to control.
Think for a second: The same energy used to create challenges and what might seem like bad luck is the same energy needed to create a more pleasant life experience.
This bloody civil war between the strongest and weakest parts of ourselves is one of the biggest challenges we need to overcome. It is likely our main task as humans: to master self-control.
I have to tell you that I’m far from mastering any of my own techniques, I developed them to help myself and to develop self-control, as I'm my own special case. On one end, I have substantial power to feel and focus—meditation comes naturally for me. However, the power of concentrated attention can be dangerous if directed towards pain, sorrow, or despair. Most of the karma I have accumulated comes from conclusions I made in milliseconds, from which I executed judgments that ended up causing something on a certain scale.
Having a reaction is natural and usually no big deal. We all have opinions, and that’s okay. However, consider this: a Prius hits the sidewalk, no big deal—it's a light car, right? But if you drive a weaponized haul with a huge crane embedded, you cannot afford to make mistakes, or at least not without paying a significant cost.
Putting a magnifier directed at the sun and pointing it towards flammable elements is a recipe for destruction, look how little it takes to create a chain reaction. Being that reactive at a certain moments of life is what I call, being The Weakest.
Summoning Order
Whenever you choose joy, choose love, and choose inspiration, you are harnessing the power within you to polarize your life experience toward positive, constructive, and divine virtues. That is the path of The Strongest.
We are all bouncing through these polarities, and each one of us causes distinct ripples through the existence of different sizes.
Any damage or pain we generate for others is nothing but damage and pain that become self-inflicted on us. Conversely, any joy, love, and inspiration we provide to our lives and our surroundings, any peace we give externally, we are giving to ourselves first and foremost.
Who came first, the egg or the chicken? It does not matter, as they are both the same. Both the Strongest and the Weakest are the same being—You. Just sitting on different sides of the room.
We are the ones controlling the game.
If we persist in empowering the Strongest version of ourselves every second of our day, and polarize our feelings and thoughts toward joy, inspiration, and love, no matter how awful, difficult, or hard our lives can be, the habit will eventually beat and overwrite reality.
That's a fact.
