Stronger Together

2020 brought on a whirlwind to everyone in it's path. It was a year of struggle, a year of growth, a year to rest, a year to innovate....but wow was it a year! As we reflect over all that has happened and is still happening in today's world, we want to share some of the positives that have amplified at RRCU.

RRCU took an in-depth dive to really focus on our culture and our core values. We wanted to put into words what we all felt teal really meant to us. Of course we are a credit union and therefore love acronyms, so what better way to define our "TEAL" Core Values.

L – Leading in Innovation: We constantly look for ideas and strategies to improve products, services and our employees’ work experience with leading edge technology and forward thinking.?

We polled our employees and executive staff to find out what RRCU was to them and our staff did not disappoint. Hence was born our "Teal Movement". Our Teal Movement embodies our Mission, Vision and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) statement, it defines our core values, it sets our GUEST Principles, commits to our employees and encompasses our employees' promise to the brand.

It takes us all moving our ship up the river! We truly are "Stronger Together".
