Strong Network = Strong Results.
You don't have to know everything. You just have to know where to find the answers when you need them.
In manufacturing, we typically want our plant and our manufacturing lines to produce parts with low downtime while keeping the emergencies to a minimum. So, we always hope for the best results from our equipment.
One very effective method to eliminate unforeseen frustration is involving the correct people in the field, gathering niche experts to understand what we need to know, before proceeding. In many cases, You don't know what you don't know, so we have to ask the right questions. In almost every meeting I've ever been a part of, it begins with a team of people who think they have all the bases covered. And, at the end of the meeting, we are shaking hands while receiving a, "thanks for coming! I didn't realize there was so much to it!".
This being the case, share the load of your burden with others. If you need something, reach out and ask for an opinion. Call a local rep and talk to them! We have to avoid the pitfall of thinking that we know it all, have seen it all, can do it all. This is not ever true. Humans were made to work together to accomplish common goals. The entire reason for LinkedIn is to network. So do it! Sign NDAs, exchange ideas and reap the benefits.
We seek the opportunity to become your main resource for an array of provisions by employing manufacturing assistance in any way possible and customizing our resources for you, to reduce your time searching.
