Striving for mind and body wellness at work with Gympass

FINANCIAL HEALTH: Greenlight , which created a kid-friendly debit card and app, has launched Greenlight for Work, a benefits program that helps employees manage their family finances and improve literacy. The program offers a customized debit card and education on spending, earning,?savings, investment, and budgeting for kids.?

"Financial wellness has really expanded over the past few years, but there really hasn't been anything that gives access to benefits for the whole family from a financial perspective," says Matt Wolf , SVP of business development at Greenlight. "[Families] are intertwined, so it makes sense that employers are starting to focus on benefits that are family-friendly in ways that keep them happy and productive."

CHATGPT: A recent report from Resume Builder found that 46% of applicants?are actively using ChatGPT?to write their resumes and cover letters. And the results were overwhelmingly positive — 78% secured?an interview when using application materials written by the AI and 59% were eventually hired.?

"Most people really don't know how to make a resume or write a cover letter on their own in a very effective way," says Stacie Haller , the chief career advisor with ResumeBuilder. "So this is a much better alternative than doing nothing at all." She shares why she's not that concerned by the new technology, and how it can actually help the recruiting process.
