Our service team operate maintenance and repairs throughout the UK from servicing pallet trucks, fixing wheels on wheelie bins, welding trolleys back together to replacing castors on trolleys. Our friendly team are always willing to go that extra mile like we did recently for a major logistic company based in Warwickshire, Where we were delighted to repair an assortment of products at the company’s central hub. After collating numerous products from the various distribution centres from all of the UK into the main hub our engineers sat through the on-site safety video and then set about carrying out the scheduled work on site as detailed in our quotation and our pre- submitted risk assessment for the work to be done for the customer. It is very clear Company’s simply cannot afford to run the risk of having products that need repairing or servicing being used by their staff. The policy must be to strive that you have sound health and safety policies in place.

This of course doesn’t take away the fact employees need to be properly trained before they work within your facility. This seems so basic but this is imperative to your operations especially the safety of your personnel. No matter how simple or complex your facility may be, it is critical to have an on-boarding program for new team members and on-going training. This ensures your safety standards are the highest they can possibly be and also prevents serious injuries or worse.
