I believe the key to success in this ever-evolving landscape lies in balancing innovation and consistency.
The shift and the pace at which this is taking place is rather something that creates a challenge when establishing the right balance in the field of digital marketing between creativity and the degree of routine. Having been a Digital Marketing Lead at 1GEN , I have come across this shift and I have found it greatly rewarding as I have to solve problems more creatively while at the same time being innovative.
However, because this innovation lacked a fundamental structure, it appeared to be temporary at best. Our compass is consistency: every campaign we run at 1GEN is based on our beliefs, making it simple for the target audiences to connect with the messaging. This implies that while it's possible to learn from past achievements, one should never give up searching for fresh chances to grow.
