What does the $500,000 dollar a year salesperson do that the $50,000 dollar salesperson doesn’t do? You’re looking from the outside and study those 2 individuals, everything seems to be the same. They’re both of the same sex, they’re both of the same age, they have the same training, the same positions, the same contract, the same fringe benefits, both are successful, they work hard, they are good family people, make tough commitments. But, what’s the difference?

What does the $500,000 dollar a year salesperson do, that the $50,000 dollar salesperson doesn’t do?

• One pays the price AND a little bit more
• One works hard AND a little bit more
• One is loyal to the company AND a little bit more
• One makes money AND a little bit more
• One believes AND a little bit more
• One saves money AND a little bit more

But, I already achieved success in a prior business, do I really have to Do it again?

Winners just do it. But, what do they do? They do whatever it takes to get the job done. They do it – and do it – and do it – until the job gets done.

And then, they talk about how great it is to be somebody they’re proud of. They talk about how great it is to finally have achieved something unique – how glad they are that they didn’t quit like everybody else along the way – and how wonderful it is to finally make a difference with their life.

We need Leaders who can “Do It!”
