For example, starting your day with a simple full-body stretch like the "Morning Reach" can set a positive tone. Stand up, reach your arms overhead, and extend your body as tall as possible. Hold for 20-30 seconds. This helps wake up your muscles and prepares you for the day ahead.

2?? Stretching Routines for Everyone:

Whether you’re at home or the office, you can fit quick stretching routines into your busy schedule. For instance, try a "Desk-Friendly Lower Back Stretch" by sitting in your chair, placing one hand on the opposite knee, and gently twisting your torso while keeping your back straight. Hold for 15-20 seconds on each side. This helps relieve tension in your lower back, especially if you sit for long periods.
