Students Now Have More Reimbursement Options for SANS Graduate Degree Programs
Students may qualify for new funding and reimbursement options now
available for SANS’ leading graduate courses and master’s degree programs:
· All courses and programs may now qualify for US government
tax credits worth up to $2,500 per year.
· Additional corporate tuition reimbursement programs now
reimburse employees for SANS Technology Institute courses.
· Students may now use 529 Educational Funds within many
additional US states.
These benefits are now available because the graduate school (which is both regionally-accredited and eligible for VA Education Benefits)
has been approved by the US Department of Education as an eligible
non-participating Title IV institution. This status is another
confirmation of the quality and financial stability of the graduate
school that has transformed and augmented SANS world-class training courses into the leading graduate programs in cybersecurity.
Visit www.sans.edu for complete information on curriculum, admissions, and tuition.
SANS Technology Institute also today announced an extended Tuition Payment Program, allowing students to pay less than $600 per month for up to seven years instead of paying tuition upfront before each course. This program charges no interest and fees in addition to tuition.
This payments program supports students who are funding their graduate education in information security without the benefits of full employer reimbursement or Veterans benefits.
Contact [email protected] to learn about the tuition payments plan or the potential impact of the Title IV eligibility status.
The SANS Technology Institute is accredited by The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 - 267.284.5000), an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

7 年Hi Carlos, it is a shame that they do not recognize it, if it's by the same instructors in the same conference I think they should do. Thanks for sharing!

7 年Great option unfortunately STI do not recognize previous SANS training delivered by the same instructors in the same conferences if you are not registered in advance for the Master Degree. I got the option of retaking everything again to be accepted... xDDD

7 年Have you thought about partnering with AT&T and offering a track that the company can utilize on their way to the 2020 transformation & talent overhaul? AT&T has security professionals that are working really hard on their own time to skill up and SANS already has the best training. I would take your masters program if it were on the company list.
