The world is going crazy.
The media trying to out scoop each other with headlines. We’re bombarded every waking minute of our lives with ads for the latest and greatest whatever that will solve all our problems.
On top of all that all we want to do is get through the day with a little more money than bills and hopefully find some quiet time for our families and ourselves that never seems to come.
If you’re feeling a bit more than frazzled, you’re probably not alone. It’s happening to everyone.
All this “activity” quickly builds and it affects how we “react” to the outside world. …generally with a much shorter fuse than we ever thought we could have.
This is all further stoked by our “leaders” that are more than happy to see us so involved in our own daily activities and trying to blame someone or some group of others for our plight.
They have found that doing this diverts our attention from the basic facts that they are diverting money from the middle class to the upper 1%. …and they’ve been doing it for the last 40+ years.
If you feel like you’re drowning in a sea of garbage, just barely keeping your head above it, you’re not alone.
Do you need someone to throw you life raft?
This is it. This is why you need to take some time for yourself, in all that chaos to find a center point, a single thing/activity that can give you the ability to block out all the nonsense and see it for what it is.

This is why meditation.
It only takes a few minutes a day. Make it part of your morning routine.
You’ll get an immediate calming effect. Yes, it won’t last long when you just start.
However the more you do it the longer that calming effect will stay with you.
In just a matter of weeks you’ll notice your own personal transformation into that happy person that you thought you could be.
It’s easy to get started. Click the link below to "Enjoy the Calm" for an interesting video I found that can help.
Don't do it now. Do it when you're home and have/want some quiet time.
