This one’s going to be brief. Two articles about the evolving workplace.

Article 1 - McKinsey says stress and burnout have increased for employees from 2020 (with a higher increase among women).

Among their recommendations, an excerpt:

Managers should be mindful of the day-to-day feedback they deliver to ensure they aren’t inadvertently signaling that long hours and face time are unspoken measures of performance.
