STRESS - A self Conditioning practice

STRESS is varied and all of us do experience a bit /part or a huge extent of it . But taking STRESS to its maximum level is basically a self conditioning . If you know the level of your controlling self along with few specific habits , it makes your life easier and finally a much STRESS FREE you. Now , stress cannot always be bad, as I have even experienced a healthy stress which sets my professional front smooth once I understand my priorities .
Positive Stress/ Healthy Stress helps you to reach targets and achieve them within time lines and set yourself planned for near future . Like the way , in finance we talk of forecast analysis , similarly with your actions set forth , you can actually forecast the adversities and can be equipped with the proper solution . These actions, keeps on triggering your brain and makes you a strongly functioning and a solution oriented person. The same practice goes with your personal front as well.
Stress is always there , but you need to check its duration in your life . Is it occurring at regular intervals ?or you are continuously getting into irritation for some issues ? The challenge comes where you can identify the areas of stress and its essential outcomes you are projecting both mentally and physically , and you get into the mode of uprooting the cause or getting a solution of the cause .
Few other factors of your habits play immensely in triggering your stress level , among which your diet, your addiction ,weight management, emotions etc. play a large participation. Why do we connect a lot to gym , exercises as these activities do change a lot of hormonal functions in our body thus resulting the reduction in stress. Food Habits too, need to be handled or else if you are a foodie then you should also burn out the extra calories consumed.
This article is the first step to address to STRESS . Next four to five articles would be focusing on various steps of stress management and its practices which can be of relief to all of us .

3 年Stress is a trigger which say that you are near by the limit and say do the work hurry what ever. Stress my be come from job work, social,business and may be familiar. We can handle it by experience and patience.
