Stress is omnipresent. You may want to avoid it but it will surround you and chip at your core.. It will create havoc in your body and imbalance in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour.

You can run all you want but stress is inevitable.

What you can do is understand and identify your stressors.

You can understand who you are as a person during stress?

You can equip yourself with tools to ensure a balance.

Life has a way of throwing challenges at us—sometimes small, sometimes overwhelming. Whether it’s making a tough decision or feeling like stress has taken over, I want you to know you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

?? An Insight to Destress: The Power of Pausing

Stress often tricks us into thinking we need to do more to solve it. But sometimes, the most effective step is to pause. Take 5 minutes today to:

  • Breathe deeply (inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4).
  • Name the stressor out loud.
  • Ask yourself: "What’s one small step I can take toward feeling at ease right now?"

This simple practice can make a world of difference.
