0 Yes Answers: You’re doing really well right now. You feel calm, focused and in control and maybe you don’t feel the need to make any immediate changes but you’ll still benefit from this programme because none of us knows what the future holds and it’s good to have the tools to deal with any stressful or challenging periods that might lie ahead. ?

1 -2 Yes Answers: You‘re doing ok. But even if you only answered yes to just one question, you will still benefit from learning the breathing technique in this programme which will also help you improve your health now and build resilience for the future.?

3-6 Yes Answers: There may be something in your life that’s not working and is causing you stress or it may be something from the past that’s still bugging you. Whichever it is, improving your stress management is going to really help. Stay focused on the programme.?

Questionnaires like this are just indicators and no replacement for a formal diagnosis or a trip to the GP if you think you need one, but if you’ve made some connections about how stress might be affecting your body, your mind or your behaviour, that’s a great start. So many people remain totally unaware of building stress until they hit a real health crisis. Fortunately, once you have completed this programme you will have a practical tool you can take forward to manage stress for the rest of your life.?
