STRESS MANAGEMENT (StReSs MaNaGe Us)
In today's corporate world we come across this every day, in and day out. Yes, it's "stress," something we need to talk about, so I'm stressing today in this article.
According to ???? thiru, stress is created by our thoughts more than situations, like trying to predict the future by thinking more about the past and rushing with present moments.
If you ask "why" stress occurs, it's because of two things: one is our work environment, and two is our personal life. If either of these doesn't go well, we're starting to sense the stress in seconds.
Once we start to feel our heart is heavy, that needs to be addressed in quick time. Just by giving yourself enough time with that time, you can set your priorities, you can find your purpose, and most importantly, you can forgive yourself...
Guys, if you ask ???? thiru to give one suggestion for this stress management scenario, I'll suggest just stop trying to manage the stress. Let's allow the stress to flow, Don't react or talk to that stress; just talk to yourself like someone you love or talk to someone who loves to hear yourself...
Finally, focus on what you can control because this too shall pass (??????? ?????? ??????), so just find the shoulder to lean on and get that arm around your shoulder to discuss everything that stresses you, or give yourself a tap on your shoulder and tell yourself that one day everything will be okay :)
