However, stress mindset which is commonly exists among people is the one, where we see pressure as overwhelming and end up experiencing fatigue and burnout.

Our environment offers situations where we face pressure even in our day to day routine matters. We can’t run away from such situations because meeting deadlines and bearing work pressure is what determines our success at the end of our day.

Therefore, proactive measures are important in this regard by going strong in the face of tough situations.

The question is how we can work on building a resilient mindset? Well some of the ways to build resilience includes:

1.     Identify your purpose in life & set focused goals accordingly

2.     Try to replace your negative thoughts with the positive ones.

3.     Build a supportive network of people with whom you could share your thoughts and feelings freely. Discussion with the right people helps a lot in overcoming the stress and stay prepared for troublesome situations.

4.     Stay flexible and open to change.

5.     Indulge in self-care routine

6.     Look for solutions in times of crises

7.     Consider mistakes as a chance for self-improvement.

It all starts with changing the attitude and start looking at things differently.
