Stress, healthy aging and the Miyara story

Hope you are all well. We, at Miyara, have an exciting week ahead and wanted to invite you to it.
As you all know stress and aging are things we cannot escape. However, there are ways to manage stress better and age healthily.
First up, we have an exciting session on Pilates for stress relief coming up (as part of our ongoing Pilates classes).

Next up, you are all invited to a Q&A with a renowned gynecologist, Dr. Wahida Suresh on May 15th, 5 PM IST; 1:30 PM CET where she will answer all your pressing questions about healthy aging and much more.

Last but not the least, this week we are very happy to be invited by Women in Digital Health to present the story of how Miyara came to be. This session is free for all to attend. We would love for you to join us so that you can learn more about us and our passion for what we are doing.
Our talk is titled "From Molecular Science to Women's Health - the story of Miyara" and will be on May 11th, 6.30 pm CET/10 pm IST.
