3 个月Micah, you certainly have an easy life. During several of the major projects I have been privileged to Be the Master Scheduler, We have had to produce COB results at the end of each day. Every thing we do in projects which of course are unique varies. There are many ways of managing and delivering a project. Too many folks these days work on the cookie cutter method. That never works, especially as so many cannot work out how to run complex resource scheduling
