Sooo... this is all about the practice. Once you've learnt what I send you each week and you put it into practice, you will start to notice ways in which you can manage your stress and to feel lots better as a result.
Whenever we go into any stress response, it's our body's primal way to look after us, to ensure we stay safe. But too much stress can lead to soo many physical and mental health complaints so it's all about what you can do differently and how you can ensure you don't let stress take control of you.

Todays top stress tip is to be more aware of your thought and 3 simple steps you can do to change them around.
If you continue to get into a negative thought loop, this can lead to stress, overwhelm and quite frankly energy drain and funk.
So what can you do differently?
First of all, spend more time being more?aware?of your thoughts. Notice them, and then look at how you can take charge.
Repeat this as often as you like.
Be conscious.
Be aware.
Once you start to become more aware, you start to rewire some of these unconscious processes.
