We all know what stress is… but how do you define stress?

Although it can be different for everyone, stress can be defined as unmanaged emotions or thoughts, external pressure points that either cannot or are not being controlled.

The biggest sources of stress at work are perceived priorities differences and a lack of communication or understanding.?If an employee is unable to control how they do their work, or doesn't fully understand their role and responsibilities, they understandable get stressed.
