Stress Awareness Month

This year, the theme of Stress Awareness Month is ‘community’, and as an organisation that recognises our people at the heart of everything we do, this is something that has truly resonated with us at Six Degrees. As we journey through the month of April, our qualified Mental Health First Aiders will host several initiatives across the business for both our employees and their line managers; raising awareness of the impact stress can have on an individual, providing them with tools that can support the management of stress and guiding leaders on successfully reducing stress within their teams.

In addition, in recognition of the link between our physical and mental health, our Executive team is hosting weekly wellbeing walks throughout the month, encouraging a much-needed break from our screens and further embedding a sense of community within Six Degrees as we explore the streets of London together.
