Strengthening your Digestive Weakness !!!

I hope you all are aware of the importance of your digestive system; and the role it plays to build your immune system and absorption of essential nutrients through it.

One primary question, I need to ask you. Is your digestive system working the way it should work ?

I am talking about all these issues listed below:

Bloating:

If you bloat from the introduction of certain vegetables in your diet, then stop eating them. Though they are healthy, bloating will keep you from losing weight. Indigestion:

Indigestion is a combination of pain or pressure from food sitting in your stomach too long and not digesting. This comes from a lack of hydro chloric acid (stomach acid). It is extremely common, and many people have low stomach acids, especially as they age. The prolonged exposure of High carbs in our diet is the leading cause for this issue. Including Cruciferous vegetables for phyto nutrients and fibers in your diet; would help your colon to perform better.

Acid Reflux, Heartburn (or GERD):

The biggest myth about heartburn is that it is a condition of too much acid, when in fact it is not enough acid. The valve at the top of the stomach, which is responsible for keeping the acid in the stomach, is controlled by the stomach acidity. A low stomach-acid pH will keep the valve open, causing acid to reach out (back up) into the esophagus.

Normally the stomach acid is supposed to be at a pH between 1 and 3, which is extremely acidic. As we age, eat poorly or take too many antacids, we lose the acid strength, thus weakening the digestion. Powerful protein enzymes are also controlled by this acid. Without having your stomach acid pH at the right level of acidity, your protein digestion and mineral absorption are severely hindered.
