Transforming Bowen Campus
At the end of 2019 Bowen Campus in Wellington's CBD underwent a comprehensive redevelopment by Precinct Properties which included a full seismic upgrade and an additional 8,500m2 extension to the ‘parliament’ side of the building.
The project included stripping back to existing concrete structure and completion of seismic strengthening to 100% NBS (new building standard).
