-Strength for Today- "Pursuing Justice in an Unjust World." - Psalm 106:3.
We’re living in a world, where its foundation has been?damaged and exploit by evil, whereas the controlling element is that of “satanic ungodliness.” We’re living today under the submission of worldliness, whereas “justice and righteousness” is “spoon-fed socialistically,” “which focuses on a temporal view of addressing injustices in society, as a whole.” However, “biblical justice starts with the eternal in mind.” It starts by seeing people as God sees them, by recognizing that on the sixth day, “our Creator God, made a “sovereign inciteful command” when He said, “let us...,” gesturing to His “divine council,” said, “... make man in our own image,” -Genesis 1:26-27.?
???? So, it’s incumbent upon Christ-followers to pursue “physical” and “spiritual freedom” for?“all of God’s human created beings,” so that “all can become what God created them to be.” So, if God has “privileged you to be in a place of freedom,” that “privileged purpose,” isn't for you to “boast,” because as Christ-followers, “your attitude should be the same as Jesus Christ,” (Philippians 2:5), that is “to pursue freedom on behalf of others,” whose “culture, or?ethnicity differs from yours.” And when that is being done, you’re “fully embracing the cause of Christ. Because “the end goal of biblical justice is seeing lives “of all nations,” “of all languages,” and “kindreds,” “reconciled to God,” and “eternally transformed.”?
So, “when Christians turn a blind eye to justice,” out of “ignorance,” or their “free-will to choose,” they’re “turning their backs on God.” And to this Paul says in Romans 11:25, concerning Israel: “For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be?wise in your own?opinion, that?blindness in part has happened to Israel...”?Right now, “our nation?needs justice more than ever.” People are being “unfairly incarcerated,” and” are being discriminated against “based on the color of their skin,” or “the unjust balance” that “pertains to?their culture.”?
Scripture insures us that “God hates injustice when it says in Proverbs 17:15: “He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous are both alike an abomination to the Lord” - Proverbs 17:15. Because unlike “greedy and broken societal structures,” God’s justice stands out for being accessible to those whom fate has condemned them to live in society unjustly, but is “especially dangerous to those who’re “typically immune to the consequences of their immorality, which is:?
The Bible teaches that “God’s justice is divinely meant to “benefit everyone created in His divine image.” Therefore, Godly justice is “the only?justice” that can deliver people “that society ignores and demeans.” Because Godly justice is “holy,” and “unblemished,” and is “eternally seeking to free the “enslaved,” and “empower the downtrodden,” and “bring judgement upon the oppressors.” - Zechariah 7:10.?
Righteous justice is founded upon the principles of two commands: ?
However, if your spiritual community “avoids the pursuit of justice,” because it’s “too political” or “too controversial” or because “it simply cannot forsake” it’s “political” or its “economic policy,”?from a biblical stand, that view is a failure! In Luke 11:42 when Jesus was talking to the Pharisees He said: “But woe to you Pharisees! For you?pay tithes of mint, rue, and every?kind of?garden herb, and?yet?you?ignore justice and the love of God; but these are the things you should have done without neglecting the others.” So, believers in this nation, as well as around the world need to know that “there’s no middle ground” between “justice” and “injustice,” because?as believers our faith is either: ?
It then is a truth that all who wear the title as “a born-again believer,” must realize that “Godly justice is fueled by love,” that is a love for “the poor,” “the widow;” and for those who’re “culturally,” and “ethnically”?cast aside, in this?unjust society. Because when “Christianity” doesn’t pursue justice, it’s “acquiescing with?evil,” by protecting “the mindsets of bigoted wrongdoings.” Proverbs 31:8-9 says it time to: “Open your mouth for the people who cannot speak, for the?rights of all the?unfortunate. Open your mouth,?judge righteously, and?defend the?rights of the poor and needy.” Rather than “being passive in the face of injustice,” even if it means “betraying” one’s own “political,” “social,” or “one’s family raciest ties.” ?
