-Strength for Today- “The Bible and Bigotry.” - Galatians 3: 28.
??To be termed “a bigot” one must have?“an inward,”?or?“an outward biased attitude,”?that’s?based upon a?“demented ideology,”?which is a?“designated ungodly?image,” which is the seed of disbelief Satan uses “to keep disagreement”?and?“hostility”?among God’s humankind.?The two main arenas for this “satanic eruption is:?“race,”?and “religion.”?
?1. Race:?Satan uses?“the bigotry of race”?as an antidote for the?“mind,” “will,”?and?“attitude,”?as a?counteracting agent to?corrupt the?presence of?“god-likeness”?among?“any group?of people,” Som that?they’ll?think that their standards are what “determines,”?and?“shapes the reality of humankind.”?So, be it known?“that the god and prince of this world still possesses all who know not God.”?
2. Religion:?Satan?“uses religion as a cover”?as did Adam and Eve (Genesis 3:7), to hide from God’s light of righteousness.??Therefore,?“religion?apart from God”?is?“rigidly deceptive,” but?isn’t?“relationally?justifiably righteous.”?
Therefore, if we willingly or indirectly forbid to stand for what’s right in a crowd of our peers, “then we are bigots”.?Because “bigotry is attached to the “attitude, “will,”?and?mind,”?of the?“old man.”?And if not?“for the guidance of the Holy Spirit,”?the?“fondness”?for our own opinion, would take?“center stage.”??
Paul was stresses that nothing?“race,” “education,” “income,” “social status,” “language,” “political differences,”?was to?provide?the platform from which?“bigotry”?separated?God’s people:?“There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus”?- Galatians 3: 28?
Paul was saying to those who had prayed or heard that old Jewish prayer that pertained to “cultural,” “ethnical”?and?“sexiest separatism,”?came?from?“a bigoted perspective.”?But?“have been overturned for those who accept Jesus Christ as their?personal Saviour.”??

??But honestly:??
??Bigotry has been “a historical and worldwide plague on mankind.”?The Bible has been?“teaching for thousands of years against bigoted views.”?It’s?always?“easier to see and call out bigotry in other people.”?But the Bible teaches us?“to first take the plank out of our own eye.”?I encourage every Christian to do some prayerful soul-searching in this area.?
