Strength through loyalty: from Chicago to Dubai (via Munich)
Ladies & Gentlemen,
as she began loyal, so she persists, this is one of my favorite mottoes, facts of my daily strength through loyalty.
Just less than 3 days ago, I was outbound the United States, directly from Dubai to Chicago, via New York, and today I have already returned to the United Arab Emirates. Inbound has been through Munich, and it has also been a pretty good compromise / alternative indeed.
Well, let's put it this way, I met a bunch of people, some I just ran into, some have been arranged meetings, or existing business partners. Truth to be told, I did go out for drinks, and for a meal, but I did also sleep a lot. In fact, I did not have much time to sleep, and had to definitely make the most out of such short long-haul.
In my opinion, from where I stand, I rather prefer to fly directly from Dubai to New York and to simply just "get it over with", rather than stopping over in Munich with a long-lay-over. However, if you look for it with from a different angle, I rather enjoyed being in Munich airport, and to enjoy to sleep on an actual bed in their Star Alliance Gold access lounges.
Having considered as "Senator" throughout the "Star Alliance" Network, is something that you can easily get used to and this in turn encourages - definitely- to seek for opportunities across the entire globe and within the network - or let's call those "air-line, lines in the sky".
A brutal decision has been made, I gave up on the United States business setup:
Since there is this -most unique- opportunity where China Mainland permits to rent out offices with overseas (non-Mainland) business licenses, there is no need to seek or look further. There are business opportunities, like no other, in the United States and over the past decade (or so), we as PRSC conducted business with this Nation, most of the time successful: but hey, we can't make it right for everyone.
Therefore, a brutal decision has just been made, and it was probably an extremely wise decision:
I don't quite appreciate those "ratings" in the United States and how much this nation is going through, just to charge their citizens taxes, even if they work at overseas. This doesn't bother me at all, especially as an Italian man, born in Vienna, like: how cares right?
Renting homes, offices, applying for credit-cards, et cetera et cetera involves credit ratings of individuals, which is more extreme than the actual "GESTAPO" in World War 2. If someone has cash, why on earth would you have to pay an agency just for getting a better score, so you may buy a car, or just rent a home. Especially in Europe, we all don't declare the actual income and do everything, just to avoid taxes. Why would you have to publish your income, revenue, or even if you would have an investment, or loan from a bank just to run your enterprises.
We would not have had any issues with that, and we did not have any, just in contrast, while already having a solid bay in Belize City and Dubai, there is no reason for increase further expenses and to add more into it. Wire transfers and businesses are done between banks, and it should not matter, from which country goods, services are paid for.

The new era, this is new and listen up:
We will still fly from and to the United Sates, it's just that Dubai (DXB) and Beijing (PEK) / Shanghai (PVG) will remain the main hub of PRSC Enterprises LLC and rather than having too many firms in various nations, we will just stick to the main firm as PRSC Enterprises LLC in Belize City, and others in Mainland, or UAE will just be subsidiaries and report to the core operation.
New email signatures, take close attention, the Palm Jumeirah and the latest (updated) Belize City / Dubai business licenses will be which are accessible to the public and shares. Those licenses we are holding in the City of Beijing / Shanghai are not related to to be shared to overseas.
In 2025 a brand new City Center Office will be re-established in Shanghai, China Mainland, and certainly we will and always have been in West Nanjing Road, Jingan District, easy to access through line 2 and 7 / not to mention that line 2 connects PVG with SHA (two airports, City Airport SHA and PVG at Pudong).
I cannot stress it out often enough, 2024 has been remarkable year, and 2025 will be even more challenging: which leaves for more fun and entertainment.
Proud not to live in the European Union:
The coolest thing ever is that, no matter what items are being purchased, even by non-residing European citizens, all taxes can be refunded. It is not that much, but in Europe it is roughly, on average, around 20 % on items purchased (minus processing fee). If you choose to get your hands on a new pair of trainers for, let's say, 100 bucks, you will just pay 85 for those. And this goes on and on and one, and only the sky is the limit.
Especially in Munich airport it is extremely easy and convenient to shop and get the customs stamp for approval, simply return to the shop with "that stamp", and claim your refund.
Overall, there are only pros for not being a resident within European borders, and you will be a free man.
