STRENGTH TO SOAR

“But those who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint” Isaiah 40:31

Strength! Strength!! Strength!!!

Strength! My Dad would comment under every post I make on Facebook. I am blessed to have my Dad to cheer me on:)

Why does he wish me strength? because He knows that to become great in life requires strength as he has gone through this stage where I am now on my journey. As a Father to a Son, he echoes Strength! Hero, Strength!

God, our Father in heaven smiles down and says to you in this second half of the year, “Strength! (insert your name) Strength!!

To soar to your next level, you need strength. Check this out;

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

He repeats it again so you get it;

“For I, the LORD your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you”

Isaiah 41:13

?My heart is strengthened in faith as I commence projects in the second half of the year. I choose to walk by faith and not by sight. I choose to look up and see what God is doing in this season. I choose to dare and attempt new and bold things!?

Unsure, uncertain, unknown? Fear not! Strength!

“Say to those who have an anxious heart, “Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance with the recompense of God. He will come and save you” Isaiah 35:4

Rest assured in the Word of God, let your faith be built.?

“Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees” Isaiah 35:3

It’s time to go at it again! It’s time to apply again! It’s time to ask again! It’s time to come up higher! It’s now time to soar! Dream a bigger dream. Believe in bigger and better things than the last best. Go! go! go in the strength of the LORD.

You may have toiled all by yourself without God in the first half of the year. It’s time to lay down your opinions and submit your vision and desires to Him. It’s not just your effort. It’s not just about skills and talent. The next level will demand extra oil. Here’s how you get it;

“For thus said the LORD God, the Holy One of Israel, “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.” Isaiah 30:15

Trust in the LORD with your life’s journey. Commit your ways to Him. Be at rest. It’s not a hustle and bustle race. Your own strength is not enough. You need to wait in quietness and in trust for the LORD to renew your strength.

“Therefore the LORD waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the LORD is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for him.”

So dear friend, before you rush into the season, reflect, refresh and renew. Wait upon the LORD for specific instructions and be intentional with your partnership with the Holy Spirit. Listen, Trust and Obey.
