-Strenght for Today- "The Rise and Fall of Social Justice." - Ecclesiastes, 5:8.
People, from the?“White House”?and those in?“Crystal Cathedral’s,”?talk a lot about?“social justice”?and?what’s?wrong in the world. But God’s desire for “humanity” is to see?“new life experienced,”?by becoming?“new creations,”?rooted in?Christ, (2 Corinthians 5:17),?who’re?“passionately,”?and?“purposefully,”?“seeking first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness”?– Matthew 6:33.??
So, when we speak “institutionally,”?about?“social Justice,”?we’re?“alleviating” God’s purpose. Because when we as Christians support any system?that’ll?disadvantage”?any?“individual,”?causing them to feels as?“misfits,” we're?alluding?“to the rules of the world.”?
?Because?“biblical justice”?first of all?isn’t?a?“set of unjust rules,”?but is?“the very character of God,?which is?“the outworking of His character,”?which is?“never less than just.”?As?a result, we can say that to be?“radically generous”?isn’t?only a matter of?“mercy,”?but of?“justice.”?
??Biblical justice deals with those who do?“right”?and?“wrong.”??Proverbs 21:15 says,?“When justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers."?So,?following Jesus means?“we have to know Him,”?and part of knowing Him is “knowing what’s important to Him.”??
Therefore, if?“justice,”?is important to God,?“it should be important to us.”?Because God?“loves justice,”?but?“hates injustice.”?The?prophet Isaiah said,?“For I the?Lord?love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.”?

???Justice comes with God’s blessing. Psalm 106:3 said,?“Blessed are those who act?justly, who always do what is right. Justice is part of who God is,?“The Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore, He will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for Him!” - Isaiah 30:18. So,?“Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow.” - Isaiah 1:17.??
To act?justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God?“isn’t an easy task,”?but?“it’s a worthy calling.”?As we apply God’s heart of justice,?“we’ll see ourselves” and?“others changed” as?“God’s will?be?done in earth, as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:10.?
So, you?can’t?cannot do justice without recognizing how power has been used to?“exploit”?and?“abuse.”?But you also?can’t?“do justice”?without “applying?power yourself.”?The gospel shows us?“a Savior who does indeed exercise authority over us.”?But He?“uses that authority”?and?“power only to serve us,”?and?“was willing to lose it,”?and?“suffer?in order to?save us.”??
Therefore, as?Christians, we?must never?“stop struggling”?to?“walk?justly?in our Savior’s steps!”?
