Fireflies and Metaview are game-changers for talent teams seeking to optimise their workflows and identify top talent. By leveraging AI, you can gain unprecedented insights into interviews, make data-driven decisions, and build a recruiting strategy, quicker and more efficiently.??
Do not be fooled though, each platform does leave room for improvement. Fireflies has limited interview-specific functions and an ever so slightly temperamental transcriber should there be any loud noises or thicker accents (my Birmingham one for example rolls eyes) whilst Metaview is less versatile for general meetings and is focussed heavily on video conferencing.??
Essentially if you’re looking general meeting assistance and team collaboration across various platforms, Fireflies emerges as a strong contender. On the other hand if your primary focus is on optimising the interview process and gaining valuable recruitment insights, Metaview can be a real trailblazer.?
The best part, for me, however, is that neither platform diminishes the expertise of us as the Recruiter. Our skills are still essential to the creation of processes, campaign planning, proactively searching for top talent, and ensuring applicant engagement. AI in this sense simply allows us and our stakeholders more time to focus our efforts on these areas resulting in better applicants, stronger relationships, faster submissions, and carefully planned campaigns.??
