Do not be fooled though, each platform does leave room for improvement. Fireflies has limited interview-specific functions and an ever so slightly temperamental transcriber should there be any loud noises or thicker accents (my Birmingham one for example rolls eyes) whilst Metaview is less versatile for general meetings and is focussed heavily on video conferencing.??

Essentially if you’re looking general meeting assistance and team collaboration across various platforms, Fireflies emerges as a strong contender. The best part, for me, however, is that neither platform diminishes the expertise of us as the Recruiter. AI in this sense simply allows us and our stakeholders more time to focus our efforts on these areas resulting in better applicants, stronger relationships, faster submissions, and carefully planned campaigns.??
