Anne serves as the Administration Coordinator, providing essential support to both the company and its contractors. Her responsibilities encompass managing documentation and addressing requests efficiently. With a wealth of experience in onboarding, mobilization, and offboarding, Anne brings her expertise from years spent in the staffing and recruiting sector in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Now, stationed in the Philippines, she is dedicated to advocating for job safety among Intro Recruitment Asia's clients and employees.

What initially drew you to Intro?

"What initially drew me to Intro was the prospect of connecting with people in a meaningful way. As an Administration Coordinator, I would have the opportunity to engage in conversations, share knowledge, and assist with a wide range of inquiries was incredibly appealing.

I was excited by the idea of being part of a platform where I could interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, all while honing my skills and expanding my capabilities."

What excites you most about your role here?

"What excites me most about my role here is the opportunity to assist and support the company. Every interaction presents a chance to engage with diverse perspectives, learn something new, and help solve challenges.

It's incredibly fulfilling to be part of Intro journey, whether it's providing new information, offering guidance, or simply having a conversation with a colleague. Plus, being able to adapt and grow with this fast-paced environment. Ultimately, knowing that I can contribute positively is what truly energizes me about my role."

Can you share a specific accomplishment you're proud of at Intro and what made it rewarding?

"One specific accomplishment I'm proud of at Intro is the role I played in assisting the company with the local government process relating to the documentations. This was crucial because Intro as a whole prioritizes the safety of its clients, candidates, and contractors.

With an upcoming new business called Intro Personnel which focuses on staff augmentation and project-based or contractual roles for white collar workers in the engineering, construction, real estate, and IT sectors, it ensures we can provide a secure and compliant environment for everyone we work with.

We at Intro are committed to keeping our documentation up-to-date. By continuously learning the ropes of coordinating with different local government offices, I'm happy to say that we've now secured our DO174 license for our contracting arm, Intro Personnel."

What keeps you busy outside of work?

"Spending time with loved ones. I value spending quality time with family and friends, whether it's sharing a meal, enjoying a movie night, or simply having meaningful conversations even via virtual chatting. Building and nurturing relationships with the people I care about is an important part of my life."
