We handle a lot of messages across different platforms—LinkedIn, Outlook, WhatsApp, Facebook—and noticed we were spending too much time rewriting replies or fixing small errors. That’s what led us to develop Messaging Copilot, a simple Chrome extension that offers quick AI suggestions right where you type. Below, we’ll walk through how it’s helped our team, with a few real screenshots as examples.
We often draft messages to potential clients or partners on LinkedIn. If someone sends a quick “Hi, do you have time this week?” we might start a rough reply and let Messaging Copilot clean it up.
It’s a small time-saver that keeps our communication clear and consistent.
For Outlook emails, especially support or follow-up messages, we often do a quick draft and click one button to see suggestions. For example, “Thank you for the respond i will take kare…” can instantly become something more polished.
Projects often span multiple teams, and quick back-and-forths on WhatsApp can get messy. Messaging Copilot suggests professional responses if we need them—perfect for bridging casual and formal styles.

We realized each team has its own “tone”—customer support is empathetic, sales is concise but upbeat, marketing might need a hint of enthusiasm. So, we added a place to store AI instructions.
What We’ve Noticed
Want to Give It a Try?
We’re sharing Messaging Copilot in case it helps others streamline day-to-day communication. If you do check it out, we’d love to hear your thoughts. (Link is in the comments.)
No data is stored—it just uses your recent message history to suggest improvements, then discards that context. Our team found it helpful, so maybe yours will too. Let us know how it goes!
