Streamlined Laboratory Testing and Patient Data:
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO…?
?Mike Isom: Medical researcher and head clinician.?Mike has been a nurse for over 15 years and has extensive knowledge of labs, results, and prevention.?
Oscar Ingalls:?Head technology officer.?Oscar is a veteran with extensive knowledge in everything tech related.?He has an incredible knowledge in coding, data services, HIPPA, etc.?He has worked close with the DOD and DOJ and is a huge part of where we are today.?
Justin Peck:?Investor, Professional Race Car Driver, public speaker, Author, Mental Health Advocate (www.justinpeck.com?(https://www.justinpeck.com/)), real world patient, and influencer.??
Roots in a nutshell is a Laboratory database.?We have taken out the “human error” side of testing as Roots ingests all lab values straight from the testing equipment of any lab across the planet.?Data from Roots can be viewed on two levels:?First, a macro level that can give “hot spots” of concern when looking at patient trends and compliance.?Second is the HIPPA clinical view which is used mostly by the treating physicians, pharmacy tech, and the patient’s general practitioner.?HIPPA level allows a provider or program to see lab values across any lab at any time reducing the need for multiple testing (cost saving for patient, fewer insurance claims, fewer doctor visits, and a more complete view of the patient’s needs).?Roots also gives the ability for all treating providers to access one single database seeing the most current results side by side and giving providers the ability to see clinical outcomes.?
Macro level gives insurances or payers the ability to see patterns and trends with data they currently are paying for.?For example, we met with the Department of Professional Licensing and in that meeting, they were very concerned with the opiate use in a particular area and wanted to know what could be done.?Through their research, they decided to build a treatment facility in a city where they felt the opiate problem was the highest and the cost of the facility was just over $16M…. What we were able to do is show the demographics based on drug use (137 different substances) in that area, done by a simple zip code search.?It showed that the city they were concerned about DIDN’T have an opiate problem but instead had a massive increase of stimulants in woman ages 34-45.?They were able to take our data and form a true impression of the problem which resulted in the cancellation of the opiate center saving the State/City $16M for just one project.?

?Overlaying this clinical data allows Roots to be the platform that will create predictive medical analytics and ultimately change the way medication adherence and substance abuse is viewed.?Furthermore, Governments, National Agencies, and Healthcare Institutions can harness the power of historical laboratory data to identify and prepare predictive models that can frame for policymakers and healthcare providers, the exact health security issues present within their jurisdictions, the nature of what looms ahead can be analyzed through the collection, aggregation, visualization of lab values of any kind, curated reports optimized for impactful, objective data storytelling. Visuals are automatically updated with new data as it comes in. ?Roots at-a-glance reports are easy-to-understand and provide objective answers, actionable insight, so that the client can make informed decisions and discover potential opportunities to address future events. Data Analysis starts with understanding your data - the best way to explore data is with visualization, so we have objective visuals instead of a thousand words for CATCHMENT AREA laboratory analytics.
