The Streamline Services newsletter is back! It is the end of October, and we have much to share in this month's newsletter.

Employee of the Month

Our employee of the month award for this month was awarded to Nick Singleton!

Nick has won our employee of the month due to his consistent dedicated hard work, including working extra hours. Nick is coming up to the end of his 15th year at Streamline Services and is a key part of the team.

We are sure that Nick will continue to maintain the consistent level of his work, while we are also sure he will continue his stubbornness towards wearing shoes in the office.

New Starters

Since the start of October, we have had three new starters, Harry Wilkins , Jacob Waring & Louisa Martin .

Harry is our new Marketing & Social Media Executive mainly working in our London office, he will also be assisting with our rebrand including our brand new website in the next few months.?

Jacob will be working as a candidate manager on our Mechanical & Engineering desk in London, starting his career in recruitment at Streamline Services.?

Louisa is joining the industrial desk in Tilbury as a junior consultant and will be recruiting warehouse staff and forklift operators.

We are excited to have all three on board and believe that each of them are going to be an integral part of the Streamline Services. Good luck Harry, Jacob and Louisa!

Early Finish Fridays

The London Office is trialling a new system in which they start at 8am and finish at 1pm on Fridays.

Balancing life and work is very important to everyone at Streamline Services, working towards targets can be stressful and often by Friday afternoon the team can be burnt out.?The early finishes allow our team more time to ready themselves for their weekend, possibly picking their children up from school, or just to relax.

The key component to this success of this new process is everyone in the team being in the office by 8am, working efficiently and completing all their tasks by 1pm. So far, the system has been successful with everyone being productive and focused on work, allowing a stress-free start to the weekend.

Employee Anniversaries

We have some employee anniversaries to announce:

Congratulations to Sam Warren ? , our Head of M&E and Construction, for five years at Streamline Services.

Congratulations to Phil Amey , our Senior Design & Engineering recruitment consultant, for five years at Streamline Services.

We thank Sam and Phil for their continued hard work over the years, they are both an integral part of the Streamline Services team.

Business Development Training

Our consultants have been undergoing Business Development training in our London office with the BD queen Liz Flavell .

Our consultants have all enjoyed the training and feel it is having a positive effect on their everyday work, especially improving their recruitment processes.

We thank "Flav" for her excellent work with our consultants and the team all look forward to the remaining sessions.
