The solution by Minuscule Technologies LLC involved creating a method for sending an email to a third party containing a link with sufficient information. The URL would be available for public viewing with access limited to the relevant audience to enter information.
Once the information has been submitted, it would immediately be stored in the critical apps, and a relevant opportunity would be created in the CRM. Leasing and Market Officers were given a link to the recently created opportunity and allowed to view the details. The process was fluid and error-free because any feedback from the on-premise officers was then communicated directly from the system to the third-party colleagues for any updates.
The solution decreased the likelihood of mistakes. The turnaround was quicker, and requests for leadership approvals were completed in a day rather than three to four days. Receiving emails from third-party partners and doing away with Excel made communications flawless and fast.
