Let's start with some ingredients:
For strawberry syrup? (makes 8 oz)
For the drink:
What Glass should I use,…
What hardware do I need?
Directions - Let's do this; let's make a drink!
Make your strawberry syrup:
Add the strawberries, sugar, and water to a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring gently. Simmer for about 15 minutes. There is no need to mash or pulp the fruit; be gentle.
Strain the syrup through a Sieve, and do not press down on the leftover strawberries; doing so will make the syrup cloudy.
Add the syrup, tequila, triple sec, and lime to your shaker.
Fill your glass with crushed ice.
Or if you are using a rocks glass, you could use one big large cube.
Add ice to your shaker.
Shake
Strain
Enjoy
Tips
For a thick and refreshing strawberry margarita, throw frozen strawberries in a blender with all the ingredients instead of shaking.
