Strathclyde Visitors at LTH

Over the past two days I had the pleasure of hosting my Strathclyde-colleagues Lori McElroy and Khaleel Odeh here at LTH. We did a deep dive in Khaleel's PhD-research on the Energy Performance Gap, and explored synergies with ongoing dissertation work here at Lund. We also worked on joined publications and talked about IBPSA. Lori gave a lunchtime seminar to the wider department on the topic of simulation: challenges and opportunities in a changing world. As always it is good to spend time with colleagues, and again I am struck by the added value of face-to-face meetings over my regular zoom meetings with both. Thanks for visiting, and I hope to meet you both in Glasgow during the upcoming EG-ICE conference in July.
