My fellow introverted entrepreneurs, we have a problem.
Despite our talent and knowledge, we do not put ourselves forward. We shy away from public speaking, posting on social media, and attending events to promote our business.
Our marketing is inconsistent mostly because we find the process to be overwhelming or intimidating. This is especially true when it involves presenting to a large group or promoting oneself in front of others.
It is quite alright if we do not want to be in the spotlight. However, listening and observing instead of actively engaging in marketing efforts can be detrimental to our business.
But guess what? A number of famous introverts have succeeded in business despite their introversion—many are household names.
Oprah Winfrey | Princess Diana | Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. | J.K. Rowling | Serena Williams | Simone Biles | Nelson Mandela | Mahatma Gandhi | Barack Obama
Think about the impact these people have had on individuals, families, and nations. If they had chosen to remain anonymous or in the background, they probably would not be where they are today.
Taking a chance and marketing your business has implications not only for you, but for the people whose problems you can solve.
You believe in your product/service. You just need to put yourself out there.
But struggling with the constant need to be "on" and energetic when it comes to marketing has prevented you from doing just that.

What if I told you that you can market consistently and with confidence just by changing your thinking?
Yep. Just think of yourself as a resource.
Actually at its core, marketing is just that—the sharing of information about products, services, or ideas in a way that is helpful and informative.
When you are resourceful, marketing becomes a way to share your knowledge and expertise, rather than a way to promote yourself.
Being helpful and providing a service to your audience can also make you feel more comfortable and confident in your marketing efforts.
Doing so helps build credibility and trust with your audience, which can be critical for building relationships and growing your business.
If you are ready to be a resource to your target audience, the next step is to develop a marketing plan for your business.
I can help you tailor a strategic marketing plan that fits your personality and goals.
