  • Aim to centre your focus around the professional development for your people. It will often come down to the learning and development, professional development, and engaging with your people.?
  • Ensure that the perks, benefits, or anything else you offer in your job ads, correspond with what you provide to new hires.?
  • Your full benefits package should be at the top of the job ad so, it’s clearly visible to candidates. The average time spent looking at a job ad is now only seven seconds. If you don’t grasp their attention and interest within that short period of time, for them – it’s on to the next one.?
  • Implement a mental health and wellbeing policy across your organisation. It’s not just a case of your company doing this to reduce high sickness and absence rates, it’s about showing your support and care towards team members.?
