In this competitive market, homebuyers need to get creative to secure homes. In a continuation of a previous video, today I'll share a few more helpful strategies for buyers. First, offer to pay some of your seller’s expenses. It’s always been customary for buyers to ask sellers to pay some of their closing costs, but you may want to consider the opposite in this market because inventory is so tight.
