Spotlight on Student Challenges: Two Key Surveys

This month, we're highlighting two important surveys aimed at helping institutions better understand and address barriers to student success:

  • Some College, No Credential Survey This survey explores the experiences of students who stopped or dropped out without earning a credential. It examines the reasons behind their decisions, contributing factors, and potential ways institutions can support re-enrollment efforts.
  • Non-Matriculation Survey Focused on prospective students who were admitted but chose not to enroll, this survey identifies the reasons behind their decisions and highlights opportunities for institutions to re-engage these students.

Both surveys provide valuable insights to help institutions adapt to students' needs and enhance support strategies.
