Strategic Human Resource Society

Strategic Human Resource Society  of IoBM is a society that treasures the human intellect and invests in taking  measures to develop it. Commonly known as SHRS, this society serves the purpose of organizing the annual Zenith Leadership & Development Conference (ZLDC). Every year, this conference welcomes people from diverse backgrounds, puts them all under one roof and offers them the opportunity to get inspired and learn from the very best of leaders. SHRS becomes home to over 160 people that come together as one united team to carry out this conference.

Like every other society here at IoBM, SHRS too, recruits new people every year at the open house. These new individuals work under the department heads—the executive council, which are then lead by the top 5. Here at SHRS, you can learn, teach, develop and transform into your best self. You get exposure to the practical and corporate world, unleash your creative side and excel in numerous skills. While hustling with work and duties, SHRS somehow manages to find a warm place in your heart.

In this society, the entire team functions as one unit. This family offers you unconditional support, love and appreciation. From being colleagues to being each other’s ride or die, this society has given people the best friendships they have ever known. Planning the event for months and then spending each minute of those two days of conference together—only going home to sleep, and somewhere down this road: you develop bonds for a lifetime.

By the end of the tenure, you are left with nothing but a handful of moments; filled with great laughter, music, warmth and tranquility. Everything you earn and gain here is qualitative and is for forever, and more. For everyone that is or has been a part of SHRS, it is more than just society—it is an experience that makes an impact on you.
