Due to continued success, and a visionary strategy growth plan, this leading firm are keen to speak with collaborate Partners, to further expand their London Office.
With their flagship office in the regions, London was once a satellite office, housing a few experienced Partners, however over the past few years this has developed significantly and will now benefit from further investment and commitment from the firm to make this a core office.
Elsewhere, they are considered a Leading Legal500, and with London rankings coming to fruition over the past 12 months they strongly believe now is the time to achieve their desired growth.
This practice has momentum! Onboarding high profile Partners into Real Estate & Corporate over the past few months, they are now seeking more Partners to lead the London offering across their core practice areas, to achieve a full service offering, further strengthening their collaborative way of working.
Since inception they have progressed from regional practice, to a National Firm with International clients, which is set to increase following the addition of these Partners.
Forward Thinking
This is a well thought out strategic plan on how they can develop London, the next 5 – 10 years.
Whilst these positions are available immediately, they are seeking leaders to join them at Partner level, who will be the driving force behind future organic growth.
From Day 1, you will have support from Fee Earners & Admin whether that is in London, or work outsourced to their leading L500 Ranked regional teams. Short, Mid and Longer term, you have the control to build your own team in London also, depending on the?level of support and model you wish to pursue.
If you have any Solicitors/ Team that you would like to bring with you, this investment can also be provided.
Dynamic
Whilst each office does have their own sector focus, they also have the infrastructure in place to offer a platform and support for any Partner coming in with their own sector(s) focus outside of their current offering.
They are looking towards the future, and believe that being restrictive on their core sectors for London is counter intuitive. For the positions below in London, the sector focus is a blank canvas, so whether you have an affinity with your own industries, or have synergy with theirs, you will have full backing and support.
Modern
They have been in the process of a full rebrand and modernisation, from website and design through to internal systems, Hybrid/ Flex working/ incentives & packages and of course the launch of this new strategic growth plan for London.
Whilst they are a long standing firm with an excellent reputation, I don’t believe the term “Traditional Firm” does them justice. They are aware of the larger firms in their regions and feel they have something more authentic to offer their clients and employees, without sacrificing the quality of work.
One phrase in particular comes to mind with this practice, "Dont bother fighting the old; just build the new"!
Innovative
They are creative! This is not a practice who have just updated their website to claim they are innovative, but one who have looked into the very foundation of the firm, and made improvements so they can be a true leader across the UK, and have a stronghold in London.
As a practice, they are aware of the Alternative/ Consultant Firms coming through; and whilst these firms are looking to take a good chunk of market over the coming years, this practice have responded by creating a much more comprehensive Origination Bonus package to encourage collaboration and continued growth.

Package/ Benefits:
·???????Partner Y1 Salaries within the range of £120,000 – £180,000 + Origination Bonus
·???????Potential for base £180,000 + relative to transferable clients/ value added to practice
·???????Based upon success of work contributed/ following coming to fruition in Y1, base salary can be increased further, with Origination Bonus remaining in place also.
Origination Bonus Example:
Bonus is % of billings exceeding threshold of achieving over 2x salary in year 1. They are collaborative so this includes work referred to other practice areas also, not just personal billings.
This is uncapped and reviewed annually, alongside base salary to ensure there is always added incentive and reward for new business won and referred throughout the practice, ensuring future success.
