??? CONVERGED

• Stakeholders are connected within the company's Digital Ecosystem Platform (DEP).
• Decisions affect the entire DEP and must be networked by sharing strategic insights.

???? CONTEXTUAL

• Customers, employees and other stakeholders expect to be recognized.
• Data sources should be combined to get a more complete and richer situational awareness.
• Decision making must be hyper-personalized, and evaluated in a context-sensitive manner, beyond any individual event or transaction.

??? CONTINUOUS

• Companies must be responsive to disruptive risks and opportunities.
• Decision making is now an iterative process, with all options open.
• Decisions should be augmented AI+Human and/or fully autonomous, to enable prompt and accurate decisions.

?? OUTCOME 2022+

Companies that C3 their DEP strategies will outcompete everyone.
