Position Overview: As a Strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) at V-Soft Consulting, you will be a crucial part of our growth strategy, targeting and winning new business with both enterprise-level clients (Fortune 100, 500) and mid-market companies. This is a hunting role where you will bring in new logos, identify and engage decision-makers, and expand V-Soft’s reach across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Actively hunt for and acquire new clients, targeting both large enterprise accounts (Fortune 100/500) and mid-market companies. Maintain a healthy balance between these client types, adjusting your approach based on the sales cycle differences.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage key decision-makers, including Supplier Diversity Managers, Strategic Procurement Managers, and other key stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Apollo, Bullhorn, and others.
  • DE&I Advocacy: Leverage V-Soft's DE&I strategy as a key selling point when engaging prospects, aligning our solutions with their diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Event Representation: Represent V-Soft Consulting at tradeshows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Presentations & Pitches: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to large groups, showcasing V-Soft’s solutions and highlighting our strategic advantages.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth handoffs from prospecting to implementation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully selling into both large enterprise accounts (Fortune 100, 500) and mid-market accounts. Experience handling long and short sales cycles is a must.
  • Strong experience in new business development with a focus on acquiring new logos.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Apollo, Bullhorn, or similar CRM and lead generation platforms.
  • Experience in engaging and selling to Supplier Diversity Managers, Strategic Procurement Managers, and similar decision-makers.
  • Comfort in presenting to large groups and representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Deep understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategies and how they integrate into business operations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
