Approved solution delivery providers are emailed leads for projects to submit proposals to in response.?Those opportunities close after 5 proposals are received.?Seldom do those Agents use any certified processes or instruments, which is highly concerning for anyone in the know! If they do, you have to prepay to use them. (We share freely for your test drive.)

Prior to engaging in project work, we must get to the root of a persons What, Why, & How, or we have to just back away slowly.?People are as different as their fingerprints, so we like specifics about their behavioral styles, passionate motivations, & top talents to be trusted with.?Some consider this a barrier; others recognize that guesswork is not great work!

Even something as simple as a resume, or LinkedIn profile Level-up needs some personal touches & insights that SHOULDN’T be guessed with.?

As a Hiring Manager, & Decision maker, I’d need to understand that person’s WHY, or desire to do the work in front of them, and what talents they do best.?Hiring on Charm, & experience alone can be very costly as the cost of a bad hire is more than $20K per hit.?HR professionals like to minimize the hits they take, & go with a sure thing… I don’t blame them, as I do the same.??

?At the end of the day, people on all sides want results!?I want them for everyone we meet as well.?I never mean to be difficult by providing a 15-minute barrier to do this before we meet, I just prefer that meeting to be the same life changing event that it was for me, when I was looking for the same answers, you were.?Seeing yourself clearly for the first time is a powerful thing to witness, which completely fills my sails.?My competition can’t crack that ceiling without 6 weeks of prework & meeting, which confuses me.?Some people love to talk, and I get that… but executing and DOING is so much more fun!??

If they aren’t measuring your what, why, and how… they lack the process, the tools, and ability to rapidly unlock doors for a person.?Not here to crash anyone’s party or approach.?There is a ton of power in telling people things… but showing them as they can feel it will always conjure more energy, lightning & shockwaves.?
