Is It Not Strange That Desire Should So Many Years OutLive Performance?Shakespeare

Issues related to performance in this 21st century are being increasingly discussed. New challenges and new requirements are forcing all managers and leaders to find out new performance models.

After two years of serious problems in pandemic and the war in Europe are forcing organizations and companies to make quick measures in order to improve new performance models and ways.

I enumerate six pillars or six parameters as competitive advantages for good performance:

1 – Work Environment for Best Work - Done.

Demonstration of behavior and performance evolution, in quantitative terms, for each parameter to find a ratio that can justify the importance of performance in these six pillars that were presented:

?into account three institutions or companies: ALPHA, BETA and GAMA

ALFHA – as 1000 of its all value –

performance for each parameter: 1 – 80, 2 – 70, 3 -?65,?4 – 55 – 5 – 10, 6 – 20.

Total- 300

300/1000 = 0,3. Considering good governance and good performance from the first pillars, the ratio is 0,3

BETA – as 1000 of its value –

performance for each parameters: 1 – 40, 2 – 20, 3 – 20, 4 – 60, 5 – 60, 6 – 40.

Total- 240

240/1000 = 0,24. Considering good governance and good performance from the 4, 5?and 6 parameters.

GAMA – 1000 –

performance for each parameter: 1 – 80,?2- 30, 3 – 25, 4 – 70, 5 – 55, 6 – 45.

Total- 305

305/1000 = 0, 3. Considering good governance and good performance from the 1, 4, 5?and 6 parameters.

  • Ratios for values very close to 0,3 or more are those where the performance is becoming better.

All pillars are important and they are interrelated with each other.

In my point of view athwart the quantitative basis of values, the first and the fifth pillars are more important. With the fifth parameter, a good evaluation system promotes a fairer remuneration system, with more compensated and motivated workers. These times on fast development of digital mechanisms, it promotes better management, with greater security, flexibility and more speed of work processes.

The title explanation of the article may have to have with the best sort and ways like attempts with the many and more attempts to improve Performance.

On this matter we can have the concept in figurative terms of the "Umbrella" also applied in the studies of performance′s management.
