Straight From A Sufi Kitchen
In a big house in Sindh Punjab, there's a special kitchen always busy and filled with the smell of cooking. Here, an elderly lady, who follows Sufi beliefs, finds her peace during the holy month of Ramzan. Despite the constant activity around her, with servants doing their work, she's calm and focused, reading the Quran-e Sharief.
This lady is not just any person; she's someone everyone in the house looks up to with respect and love. She's grateful for everything in her life, feeling lucky for the family and the love that surrounds her. As she reads and reflects, she thinks about the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and feels a deep sense of thankfulness.
The story is about this feeling of gratitude, or Shukr, as she calls it. It's about finding joy and peace in the love and blessings we have, just like the Sufi song "Aaj Rang Hai" talks about the beauty and depth of love and life. This lady, with her calm and wise ways, shows us how to appreciate the little things and the big things in life
