Amidst fierce competition from prominent brands, Stove Kraft’s emerged triumphant for its brick-and-mortar retail division ‘Pigeon Exclusive Stores’, securing the coveted title of ‘Retailer of the Year’ in the Kitchen Appliance category in an exclusion event in Mumbai recently.
Embarking on its retail journey only 15 months ago in June 2022, Stove Kraft expanded to 100 Pigeon Exclusive Stores in September 2023, and now 150 stores in January 2024, a milestone in the company’s growing retail presence in India. Thus, in just 5 months, the company added 50 stores to its retail chain, which currently employs more than 350 people.

10 个月Dear Stovekraft Team, Good evening, I am Muthusamy from Guduvanchery, Chennai. I purchased an Egnite Induction Cooktop from Senthil Stores near my location on December 9th of last year. However, within a month of purchase, the induction cooktop stopped working. Upon returning it to the shop, I was informed that the service would be completed after 2 weeks. After the repair, the cooktop malfunctioned again within a week, specifically with lower heat issues. I returned it to the shop once more, and after another 2 weeks, I received the product back. Unfortunately, within the next 2 weeks, the induction cooktop ceased functioning yet again. When I approached the shop for the third time, they were unresponsive and connected me with the dealer, who also provided a very poor response. They advised me to raise a complaint through the StoveKraft WhatsApp booking details. I submitted the complaint on April 2nd, and while some members of the service centre team contacted me, they simply directed me to return the product to the shop. However, to date, I have not received my induction cooktop back from the shop. Every day, they inform me that the service has not been completed. I urgently request your immediate attention to this matters

Since July 2023 my product has been with the service centre OM SAI SERVICE MUMBAI till date March 2024 I haven't received my product. Such a 3rd Grade quality product that I was not able to use even once and it stopped working. E-mails after e-mail but still no response. Had emailed to Mr. Gandhi Rajendra Gandhi as well still no response. Had filed a complaint on the Consumer Forum then too no response Consumer People told me to file a case against StoveKraft but I don't have so much time and money to fight with you people. You people should learn from Lifelong Lifelong Online what a service and a direct point of contact to the CEO this is called customer support they deserve this award. I am sure you people have bought this award rather than winning.

11 个月Pathetic After Sales Service from Pigeon. First of all they are making low quality products, and after Sales Services is more worse than the product itself. I bought a pressure Cooker of Pigeon brand, in just 6 months induction bottom plate got separated from cooker. The Complain number is 3141571 and the icing of the cake is it’s been 9 months it is still in service centre. Service Centre people has no idea about the resolution, they are saying talk to Customer Care and customer care saying talk Regional Manager – Akhalaque Ahmad. I am trying to contact Regional Manager but all time he seems so busy that he declined the call every time I called. You must remember one thing that Customer is the king of Market I filed Grievance in the Consumer forum with docket number 5174166. After there is no response and resolution provided by company. Now they are suggesting me to file case in the consumer court took resolution from the court. After proceeding with the court case, it would really help company in Marketing and increasing its Brand Value. Then every people in Country know the name of Stovekraft. I would Never recommend to anyone ever to buy any product of pigeon brand

12 个月Dr Nanda After marketing what should be the process according to you, avoiding customers if they are complaining about your products or resolving their concerns? Pathetic services and customer experience will not make you a brand in the market, It's been more than a month and you guys are just ignoring the customers for their replacement like they are asking for something that they haven't paid for it . From lower to higher management, everyone is behaving like they are doing it for free.
