Here's what I’m gonna tell you to make the most of your profile, if you are in a particular niche or a particular industry, you want to make sure that you highlight that. Share valuable content and information about your industry.?
So it doesn't always have to be about your company, it doesn’t always have to be about your professional brand but you do want to share content and you want to incorporate them on a semi-regular basis, so it doesn't have to be every single day. But you should develop a regular cadence of communication or information that you share with your audience.?
Even if you don't have a large following, you want to speak to the audience and cultivate the audience that you have. Speak to the audience that you want to have, not to the audience that you currently have. Continue to grow your audience, continue to offer a really good value, and continue to share. If you have a good following already, ask them what they want to hear from you and give it to them. Then deliver
All right. So clearly, there are people that are their audience is growing on LinkedIn. And while the majority of the 800 million people on LinkedIn may not be active on a regular basis, there sure is a core group of folks who are growing every day and who are gaining traction in terms of leveraging and adding their authentic voices to LinkedIn. So you want to write articles, and first-person content, and you want to write valuable content that speaks about your brand and your experience.?
Let me tell you what I started to incorporate, which I love. I love storytelling. A good three or five-part long-form content like article series on something that you want to share on your profile is very valuable.??
